Terms and conditions

★ Communication: The client must maintain consistent communication and promptly respond to all inquiries and updates. Any delay in communication may result in a delay in the delivery of the final product.★ Detailed Information: The client must provide accurate and detailed information about the project's requirements. This will help us to avoid any misunderstandings and revisions.★Payment: A down payment or full payment is required before we proceed with your requirements. We accept various modes of payment, such as PayPal, PayMaya, and GCash. The payment should be made within 24 hours of the project's confirmation.★ Rush Service: For projects requiring completion within 72 hours or less, a rush service fee ranging from ₱30 to ₱100 may be applied. The fee will depend on the difficulty of the service.★ Revisions: Free 2- 3 minor revisions are included within the quoted service fee only within 48 hours. Any additional revisions will incur an additional charge of ₱30 - ₱50 per revision. The client is advised to check the final product carefully and communicate any changes within the given timeframe.★ Cancellation and Refunds: Once we start working, cancellations are not allowed, and there are no refunds. We invest time and effort into every project, so please be sure before you commit.
