★ Contract Duration:
Contractual packages run on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon. The scope of work will follow the selected package and any additional requests may incur extra charges.
★ Communication:
Client must respond to updates, approvals, and content drafts within 24–48 hours. Delayed responses may affect the posting schedule and delivery timeline.
★ Content & Materials:
Client must provide logos, photos, product details, and necessary brand materials before the project starts. Missing materials may delay production.
★ Payment:
Half or Full payment is required before the start of each monthly cycle. Accepted payments: GCash, PayMaya, or PayPal. Work will only begin once payment has been confirmed.
★ Revisions:
Each content item includes up to 2-3 minor revisions as stated in the package. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be charged ₱50–₱100 per revision.
★ Additional Requests:
Tasks not included in the chosen package (extra graphics, additional videos, urgent edits, etc.) will be treated as separate commissions and charged accordingly.
★ Rush Requests:
Urgent content requests outside the scheduled calendar may incur a rush fee depending on complexity and deadline.
★ Content Schedule:
A monthly content calendar will be prepared based on the package. Changes after approval may affect posting timelines.
★ Cancellation & Termination:
If the client decides to terminate the contract mid-month, payments already made are non-refundable. Any completed work within the paid period will still be delivered.
★ Usage Rights:
All final outputs are intended for the client’s business or brand use. Reselling or redistributing the designs as templates or digital products is not allowed unless agreed upon.
★ File Requests:
Editable files (PSD, Canva link, etc.) are not included by default and may require an additional fee depending on the file type.
★ Showcase Rights:
Aze Commish reserves the right to showcase completed works in portfolios or social media for promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested before the project begins.

Client must provide clear and complete information to avoid miscommunication and unnecessary revisions.
★ Payment:
50% downpayment or full payment is required to confirm the project. Remaining balance must be settled before final output release. Payment via GCash, PayMaya, or PayPal within 24 hours of confirmation.
★ Rush Fee:
Urgent requests (within 72 hours) may incur a rush fee of ₱30–₱200, depending on complexity.
★ Revisions:
Free 2–3 minor revisions within 20 hours. Additional revisions are charged ₱30–₱50 each. Client is responsible for reviewing the final output and requesting changes within the given timeframe.
★ Cancellation & Refunds:
No cancellations or refunds once work or revisions have started.
★ Usage & Watermark:
All works are for personal use only.
– Private use / watermark removal: +₱100
– Commercial, public, influencer, or printable use: final price will be doubled
★ File Requests:
Editable files (PSD, Canva link, PDF) are charged ₱50–₱200 per file.
★ Showcase Rights:
Completed works may be showcased in portfolios or social media unless privacy is requested in advance.
